You can easily purchase cremation urns through our convenient on-line
ordering service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even holidays.
  1. We first suggest, that you click on the navigation tab marked "Cremation Urn SIZING" this will help you in choosing the correct size cremation urn for your needs. Jot down the size(s) you are interested in ordering, this will be helpful when ordering later. 
  2. If you are interested in having a special tribute, poem, or clip-art laser engraved into the cremation urn, we suggest that you click on the navigation tab marked "POEMS" or "CLIP-ART & BORDERS" to assist you in finding the perfect poem, poem border, or clip-art, you can also have your own wording, poem, or clip-art laser engraved.  If you decide to use one of our poems, borders, or clip-art you should jot down the poem name, code #, and price.  
  3. To view our selection of cremation urns, click the navigation tab marked "Cremation Urn CATALOG" to find the style cremation urn you wish to purchase, just "click" on the product's photo to view detailed information about that cremation urn.
  4. Click on the photo of the cremation urn series style/model your interested in purchasing, here you can also view a more detailed product description and price.
  5. Next the Engraving Option drop down box, allows you to choose an engraving option.  Each cremation urn size will list the poems, wording, and clip-art that will fit onto it, along with engraving locations (FRONT or BACK) of the cremation urn, the cost for this additional engraving will be listed.  This is where the information you jotted down will come in handy.  When you click on an engraving option it's price will be calculated, into the total at checkout.
  6. Wording & Code # fill-in area, is where you can enter your loved one's name and date(s), if you choose to do this, it is a FREE option you can have laser engraved onto the cremation urn.  You can also list Border & Clip-Art Code #'s in this area, as well as any other instructions, such as a font style, if you don't want to go with the Monotype Corsiva, which is our engraving standard font.  If you run out of room in this area, there is an area, where you can send messages to us, you would want do this prior to submitting your order.  If for some reason you forget to do this, you can always click on our e-mail form (in the Navigation Bar) to send us additional information on this email form, please be sure to include your name, info, and the receipt # number from the order you placed, so we can properly match up the two pieces of information, we will adjust charges where necessary, either applying or refunding you, if payment was made with a credit card. 
  7. Please double check the name, date(s), or wording that you have entered.  Please make any necessary corrections.  If you choose not to have any information laser engraved, then just leave this area blank.  As a reminder engraving of Name(s) and Date(s) are always FREE.
  8. Then click the tab marked "Add to Cart" to add this cremation urn or item to your shopping cart.
  9. View your shopping cart contents before final purchase by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button. You may adjust the quantity or remove item(s) from your order here as well.  If your order is complete.
  10. Follow the buttons to complete the processing of your order.  You will get to preview your order prior to actually placing it (this is also another opportunity to check again, any information to be engraved, we can't stress enough the importance of making sure name(s), date(s), wording is spelled correctly.)
  11. From here you will be brought to our payment method page, please fill out all the information completely, so we will have no problems processing your order.  Billing address & phone number should match the credit card you are using.
  12. You will get one more opportunity to check your ordering information, we ask, at this time, to also check your shipping and billing addresses, to ensure your order is processed quickly and so you can receive it promptly.  At this point, we guarantee that your transaction is completely secure.
  13. We also suggest that you make a copy of your order, to keep for your records.  You will also receive a copy of your order via email from us.
  14. If you supply us with an email address, we can keep you informed on your order status.
  15. At this point, if you are completely satisfied, then click on the "Submit" button and your order will go on to be processed. 
  16. If you notice after submitting your order to us that you made a mistake, please contact us via phone or e-mail, so we can assist you in correcting it or refunding you where necessary!
